Terms of Service
Effective 14 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of JEE Oxygen. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or taking a test, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of India.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the Being IITian Team (“JEE Oxygen”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
To use JEE Oxygen you must be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law. Many of our users are students under 18. If you are under 18, you may use JEE Oxygen only with the involvement, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.
JEE Oxygen is a diagnostic and practice platform for JEE preparation. It analyses your mock attempts and shows you where you are losing marks and what to improve. It is a study aid — it does not replace your own preparation or coaching, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any official examination or examination authority.
You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute, sell, publish or publicly share our questions, tests, solutions or reports;
- use the service to cheat in, or gain an unfair advantage in, any live or official examination;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its data;
- upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, or impersonate any person;
- use the service in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
The platform and its content — including the questions, tests, solutions, diagnostic reports, branding, text and design — are owned by JEE Oxygen / the Being IITian Team and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use them solely for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted.
Your profile details and your attempt data remain yours. By using the service, you permit us to process them to generate your reports and personalise your preparation, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.
JEE Oxygen may offer both free and paid features. Where a feature is paid, the price, billing terms and any refund policy will be shown to you before you pay and will form part of these Terms. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, percentile or examination outcome — your results depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and all analysis and insights are provided for guidance only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEE Oxygen and the Being IITian Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, opportunity or expected results, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JEE Oxygen and the Being IITian Team from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may stop using JEE Oxygen at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. We will post changes here with a revised effective date, and for significant changes we will give reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and dispute-resolution process below, the courts at Bangalore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern. In line with applicable Indian law, you may raise complaints with our Grievance Officer at team@beingiitianofficial.com; we will acknowledge and work to resolve them within the timelines required by law. Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction set out above.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business.
